Full Property Management

Everything is looked after for you, from the first condition inspection and setting rent, through to advertising, showings, tenancy placement, rent collection, interim inspections, repairs and maintenance scheduling, to owner rent disbursements, property and financial reports, and record keeping.

Tenancy Placements Only

Our professional services would be performed for tenancy placement only. This includes the first condition inspection, setting rent, advertising, showings, backgrounds and credit checks, security deposit collection and first month's rent turnover.

On Demand

Need professional services or advice on an interim basis? We offer our professional services where you need us, for such things as repairs and maintenance only, emergency service, insurance loss, tenancy disputes, and when more technical property management issue arise that you need assistance with.
